NCC SPECIAL ENTRY

  • The National Cadet Corps (NCC) special entry is available for aspirant with a valid NCC Air Wing “C” certificate to join the Indian Air Force. Through NCC Special entry, an aspirant can join the Flying branch, as per the following details:-

TYPE OF COMMISSION Permanent Commission for Men Short Service Commission for Men & Women
AGE 20 to 24 years as on date of commencement of training (Additional 2 years relaxation is available for Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) holders)

MARITAL STATUS OF THE CANDIDATE Unmarried
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

Candidates should have mandatorily passed with a minimum of 50% marks each in Maths and Physics at 10+2 level

AND

Graduation with minimum three years degree course in any discipline from a recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent

OR

BE/B Tech degree (four years course) from a recognised University with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent.

OR

Candidates who have Cleared Section A & B examination of Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical society of India from a recognised University with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent.

OTHER PRE REQUISITES Should have a valid NCC “Air” Wing ‘C’ Certificate
